Information we collect and how we will use it  

We only collect information that is needed and relevant to providing and improving the Service.  To become a member of Everything Healthcare Ltd, we will need to collect the following personal information about you:

  • Proof of Right to Work
    (Copy of your passport, visa etc. – A drivers license does not constitute valid proof or right to work) 

 We collect the following information relevant to your therapeutic practice: 

This includes: 

  • Your practice name
  • Your full practice address
  • Proof of business registration certificate (Unless you are a self-declared Sole Trader)
  • Proof of business address
  • Proof of Public Liability Insurance
  • Proof of practice length
  • Qualification certification

We collect the above information using a questionnaire hosted on the “Site” that is protected by SSL encryption provided by Comodo SSL 

We use this information in the context of our legitimate interest in delivering the service to you and to the public.  The extent that your provided information is made available to the public via the “Site” is limited to: 

  • Your Full name & Title
  • The therapeutic discipline you practise
  • Your Practice phone number
  • Your Practice email address
  • Your Practice website address 

Data Management & Document Storage 

All information uploaded and provided to Everything Healthcare Ltd as required to fulfil the it’s function on behalf of the member or prospective member is retained solely for the purposes of documenting and evidencing relevant information expiry dates of that item.  Information received by Everything Healthcare Ltd is never printed, duplicated or stored in any offline media or made available to anyone outside of the direct control of the data controller or company management.  No document uploaded electronically by the member is retained longer than is deemed absolutely necessary to document and verify the details of the provided information.  To that end, no uploaded documentation is retained for a period longer than 14 days before being electronically deleted from the servers of Everything Healthcare Ltd

We may collect personal information if we receive a question or comment about the Service and will use this information for our legitimate purpose of responding to that question or comment.

Each facility is designed to run 24×7 and employs various measures to protect operations from power failure, physical intrusion and network outages and employing industry standards for physical security and reliability.

Information submitted to you or by you is encrypted in transit using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with 256-bit AES encryption.

Your personal information will be retained by us for the duration of your active account with the Service and may be retained for a period after this time as necessary and relevant to and in accordance with applicable legal obligations. This may include retention necessary to meet to identify, issue or resolve legal proceedings.

Your access, rights and choices.

We respect the rights you may have under applicable law to request access to your personal information and where applicable, to request to receive that information in a commonly used electronic format.  You may also have the right under applicable law to request the correction or erasure of your personal information, to seek to object to the further processing under certain circumstances of your information or to request that the processing of specific information about you is restricted while we verify or investigate your concerns about this information.
